For dance classes we recommend loose fitting clothes or clothes can confidently move in. For Pole Classes please have exposed skin in order to grip the pole. Shorts and tank are great for a pole class. Shoes in all classes are optional. Description of what to wear will also be linked in the bio of a class via mindbody.

Hard Candy Dance Studio, its owner and instructors, reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason deemed necessary.

It is customary to share poles. Hard Candy Studio has 8 poles and will allow 16 people in a pole class. This is a great way to not only meet like minded friends but also give you the opportunity to break between learning movements as well as give you a chance to watch and learn.

Please refrain from using lotion and/or wearing jewelry when taking pole classes.

Absolutely no children allowed in the studio. No guests are permitted without paying for class. Everyone must participate.

Classes require a minimum of 2 people per class. Pole classes max out at 16 and non-pole classes max out from 25.. 

Hard Candy Dance Studio has a no refund policy.
ALL packages have an expiration date from time of purchase. Please check the particular package for further information.
Monthly Unlimited memberships must be fulfilled and will not be stopped. Unlimited memberships cannot be transferred to another client.

• We have a zero tolerance policy for discriminatory behavior based on an individual’s (self) identity. Any form of abusive, disrespectful or discriminatory behavior will result in your removal and inability to continue attending classes at Hard Candy Dance Studio. No exceptions.

• No street shoes on the dance/pole room area.

• Alcoholic beverages or use is prohibited in the studio. If any instructor suspects a student to be inebriated (drunk), the instructor has the right to remove student from the class.

• If any student is  behaving in a way that may cause a potential injury to self or others, the instruction has the right to remove student from class.

• Please do not engage in phone conversations or lengthy text messages while the instructor is directing a class.

• Please do not wear any oils or lotions to POLE class.

• You may switch or cancel a class up to 6 hours prior to it.

• There are no monetary refunds offered for cancelled or no-shows to classes. Absolutely no exceptions.

• A $7 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for LATE CANCELS or NO SHOWS. 

• We will try to accommodate cases in which emergencies arise as much as possible.

• If for any reason we need to cancel classes (ie.weather, remodeling, etc.), student will be given the option to reschedule class or obtain a class credit. If you have a pass, the credit will be refunded.

• For monthly pass holders, in the event that the studio remains closed for more than 24 hours due to weather, remodeling or other, we will extend the pass for the time loss in which you were not able to attend classes

No recording of class is allowed until the last 10 minutes of the session.

· Recording of instruction is strictly forbidden.

· If you’re not a member of a class, no recording is permitted at all.

· If you plan on posting your video please make sure you have permission from those included, give credit to the studio, and give credit to the choreographer.

The safety of members and employees is our top priority when making decisions whether to cancel a class due to bad weather. If the National Weather Service have recommended staying off roads or sheltering indoors, we will cancel class. If this were to happen, all students who are registered for classes during that time will be notified directly via phone call/voicemail and email.
